It is evidence based so I found it a bit hard to read because I have 2 kids pawing at me and got lost in the numbers, but once you get your head around that, it gives you knowledge you really do need if you are planning to fall pregnant, or are pregnant. So if you aren’t a big book reader (like me) this is a great book to go straight to the source you want more information about.
